Large covered and uncovered parking areas  and handicap parking in multiple locations

A $250.00 security deposit is due 7 days before check-in. The deposit is fully refundable after the home has been inspected on the day of check-out after it has been determined there is no damage to the property, damage to items in the property, or items missing from the property.<br />

We welcome all families with children of all ages. Be aware we are not baby-proof. We do not provide any safety gates, locks, outlet covers, and so on for babies. 

Check-in instructions are sent a few days before check-in. We are happy to allow an early check-in only if condo is clean and ready.  I will contact you if everything is ready early.

Although I am not available in person. I am local and will address any issues or concerns promptly and in person if necessary.

Updated kitchen with Quarts countertops, stainless appliances, deep sink, well stocked for cooking

Located on Radio Island we are just a little more than 1 mile from Beaufort and Morehead Waterfronts

Surrounded by the open water dock and marina on 2 sides. Children under 13 must wear a life vest when on docks. Must be 16 to be at the pool or work out gym without an adult. 

No Pets Allowed. No Acceptions. This is an HOA policy and will result in fines to the renter.

Interior and Exterior smoke detectors. Fire Extinguisher under the kitchen sink. Fire Extinguishers on all hallways near elevators. First aid kit in master bathroom.

No smoking or open flames inside the condo

The condo has 4 Smart TV's-1 in each bedroom and 1 in the main living area. 2 are Roku where you can access Spectrum TV-basic cable or your own apps. Main bedroom and living area have cable boxes as well as allowing you to access your own apps. 

Growing up in North Carolina we always enjoyed spending time on the Crystal Coast as it is so beautiful, clean, and has true southern charm. We have been boating in the area for many, many, years and love all the one-of-a-kind places you can go pleasure boating or fishing.
